After I had "Communion" is one of more than 2 years up and down, my expectations for the new plant Septic Flesh were gigantic. As in 2008, Septic Flesh working together again with an orchestra / choir. This symbiosis is now even more balanced, the Symphony elements play an even larger role and can carry "The Great Mass" bombastic and epic sound. The 4-Combo sacrificed a bit of their playfulness from the previous album, but creates its own unique sound experience dim. In terms of singing to Septic Flesh remains true: next to growls and clean vocals has "The Great Mass" and female sounds. Although the Clean chants fit the album, but should by no means be compared with quality of Mikael Ã…kerfeldt's, but then missing but the substance and even the accent of Sotiris's more unintentionally funny. Apart from "The Undead Keep Dreaming" the new work by Septic Flesh has hardly sagging and offers really great "aha" moments. (Not to be confused with the band A-ha).
An absolute out tip for adventurous, and people want to get the Behemoth and Dimmu Borgir under one roof. For me one of the highlights of the fledgling 2011.
