The next day I got the original cable. I a ridiculous plastic packed. Protection = 0. The bag was torn and the cable badly damaged. In addition, no account was included.
I wrote back a very angry mail and photos gamacht of the state of the cable. I have called for a new cable in a reasonable Containers and an invoice.
Today I got the new cable and as compensation to a mouse.
