Catrina has to forthcoming Christmas only two wishes. First they met with the help of her grandmother who told her a magical ritual, how conjures snow. And indeed, it will soon snow and the city is covered with a white coat. In the second request, it goes ahead not so easy because of revolves around the new youth coach Karim ...
Whopping 25 episodes now includes the radio drama series "The Devil's Kickers" for small anniversary there is a Christmas episode - which, of course, as always revolves around the theme of football. The story is fun and entertaining - but unfortunately there are too many arcs were introduced, so that the story looks a bit chaotic and unstructured. It focuses on the first of infatuation defender Catrina that his title witchcraft purely decorative. Snow chaos, fights as a team and the approaching Christmas interfering with the story that would have been in itself wonderful: Catrina falls in love with the Afghan boy Karim, who is to be deported along with his sister Malika. This key point should be further developed, as to distract from it. This is by no means boring, even on the contrary: "1, 2, 3, Winterhexerei" heard despite getting used to title the most entertaining episodes of the series. Nevertheless, the reduction in Catrinas feelings and the struggle against the deportation would have been sufficient to conjure up a great episode.
Tobias Schmidt can be heard in the role of Karim, and his warm voice, which makes it easy to feel sympathy, he represents the friendly young man skillfully. His sister Malika is applied somewhat harder by Katharina von Keller, here is more on their fears of the threat of deportation entered. Julia Fölster stands as Catrina again at the center and can represent the kampferische as soulful player credible. Other speakers include Laura Katzer, Alina Degener and Aaron ruffe.
Matching and polyphonic pieces of music are again the soundtrack for the story, when it comes to acoustics, therefore, has not too much done. Good thing, because it affects in the series coherent. Especially the football atmosphere is very well done, which is reinforced by sports commentator Ulli Potofski even further.
A determined and slightly grim-looking Catrina with a magical football, also frightened her teammates against glittering sky - on the cover was applied a little thick. For the target group but the cover picture is certainly appealing and arouses the curiosity of the witchcraft.
Conclusion: A little overloaded, but deals with a beautiful and heartwarming story of first infatuation, the deportation with the necessary seriousness.
