At first, everything went just fine, I called the hotline, sent my insurance policy and a description of the error and the bill of my mobile phone (n. I am in possession of the BlackBerry Q10) going on and received on the same day a UPS-removal order. The device was picked up the next day and immediately I got an e-mail with the most important information as well as a side of the repair company on which I could look how far the repair has progressed.
So far so good.
Two weeks I got no information how far was my phone. On the phone I was fobbed off gently but firmly. And I also told everyone of employees otherwise what about the damage.
after four (!!) weeks my phone finally came back to me. I was informed here on neither e-mail nor on the side of the repair company.
The big disappointment when I unpack my phone: None of the specified by me damage would be corrected (There are abgekracht by accident damage parts of the cover and a system error after the fall - on the phone I was assured these damages are insured in Ergo.).
Worse: The mobile phone has a scratch on the back now more than ever.
This insurance I can not emnpfehlen absolutely! At first glance everything looks very appealing but ultimately does nothing here !!
I will never buy again!
In addition, to my dear Mitbewerter: You can not evaluate a product that you had not even use! ("I did not have to though but use very low" -.> 5 Stars) Something I find just plain mean, here people are astray lured them to buy insurance with a 5-star accommodation rating and ultimately (almost ) all the dissatisfied had this insurance really to complete.
