The USB SuperDrive is required to book the DVD at least for me it is the utility that I have. Installation is simple just plug it into a USB port and you're done. There are no buttons on any key is made from your computer with the app of your choice to read the dvd. The only regret that I can have that now we are also in tune with the blu-ray and plays absolutely no so if you have that blu-ray especially do not buy this key. It would have been nice to have real good choice to read any medium.
