An indispensable book for all those wishing to understand this right sest essentially built by the jurisprudence of the High court of the Palais Royal (place that was once a hotbed of prostitution, it always amuses me remind :-)). Also included is notable court decisions conflict (which stops founder of the discipline), the Constitutional Council and the European Courts. Just a small form of criticism, some decisions should be grouped in a single chapter (I think especially with the case law on the expansion of the concept of "locus standi" which could simply be mentioned in the chapter concerning the stopping Casanova). This compilation would win, in my opinion, even more clarity for the reader. However, this issue remains essential for its selection and analysis and lead the student and the practitioner to question more effectively on recent decisions.
