I had it. quite a while before this purchase here in use and can after a long time to say that I do not tolerate it well, I can not tell from any Whey because I am sensitive to lactose I notice an improved effect on my recovery. So ESN gets 5 stars.

Unfortunately, at least for me is becoming weaker Amazon, this time it has from order 6! Days taken (Mi -> Di) until the delivery arrived, because the source shipping in 1995 was still faster. I'd Amazon shares, I would now repel, it seems to be going downhill.
