So first of all: I was always overweight as early as kindergarten. I repeatedly tried diets-food combining, Slim in his sleep, fasting, jello, etc. !!! Nothing has really helped and I have none of these methods persevered long since ceased immediately a success and I then lost the motivation for the shortest possible time. Had last Christmas at a size of 1,74m 85 kilos! And that was definitely too much. In February now (2013) I sent my friend a link to Almased. I read my then and quarreled with me one hour-only because of the price. However, then ordered a six-pack of to the walnut oil and the recommended base powder. All were in particularly about 130 away. After two days (Friday) all came on-So once again a super fast delivery !!!! So I started on Saturday at it! (I would never on a Monday start-having what defer from!) In the morning, noon and night a shake. That is about three tablespoons of the powder, one to two teaspoons of oil with pure and 300ml water. In the evening, plus a glass of water with the base powder to the acid-base balance to compensate. My girlfriend has incidentally also started doing a day later. Now time to an important point: the taste. My girlfriend got every time a gag reflex, because they thought it was so terrible. She drank it then only with milk, then with buttermilk (banana, etc.) to the taste to verbessern.Mich has it not bother. It tasted like as a baby supplementary food, so something like a porridge. Strange consistency, but no problem to drink. So I stayed at the water. Everyone will probably feel differently. However, it would at the price a little bit can make the taste! Hunger !!! The first two days were hell !!!! Without solid food, I felt like a fury, the snaps at every opportunity !!! :-) So it was! -D On the third day, however, I had already gotten used to it. Introduced me to this day for the first time on the scale and behold 2,9 kilos. What was to be expected, but still did well !!! Here came the motivation to the game! Here one has to say that a can of the powder only holds about three days, then it is empty. I pulled the whole three weeks in length (rather than as indicated 3-6 days). After four weeks, then the scale: 77 kilos. So 8 kilos in a month. That was enough for even more motivation. However came so slowly the shake from every pore and expensive the fun is also !!! So I started looking for an alternative! And they found! Protein drinks from the gym (there's also the EDEKA)! Because it brought me my sporting friend! :-P The come in many flavors (banana, chocolate, vanilla, berry) that are drunk with milk and have the same effect -----> They cost per package is the same as Almased, a pack holds but nearly half weeks !!! So better from the price-performance ratio much and there is a change in taste. I stopped with Almased and made with protein shakes on. Of course, there was every now and then a light lunch, but if I could, there was only shakes. (Not healthy, but effective) After two months it was then almost 73 kilometers had occasional binge eating !!! :-) Ceased I have all now in July with 66 kilos !!!! 20 kilos were actually my goal, but towards the end, every gram became harder and harder to lose and the motivation was no longer as great as in the beginning, because it indeed no longer be "had"! Now (in September) I think my weight is still (always between 66-68Kilo). From size 40 to 36 and the upper body of trousers size 42 to 38! Shopping is fun again !! And there's a whole new way of life !!! -D
Conclusion to Almased: First you need this the right motivation !!! That make once in passing will not work! It's harsh discipline and not a walk! It also requires a change in diet (light cooking with little carbohydrates). And there are binges come !!!! Then you have to act together but to iron out the back! Almased has indeed given me the motivation by the rapid initial success, but the price and taste points clear the Protein shakes !!!!!!
So if you really had enough of his weight and has the figure and are really serious about who gets their money! But everyone should first take a look at the protein shakes. Easy on the wallet and tastes better.
