Do not stop at the title. This book is not addressed in the round. With my 38/40, this book helped me understand how to hide my faults (I have some like many of us) and my poor results in sewing. The author presents the different figure types (hourglass, pear, V, round, oval), then how to choose his employer and tissues according to its morphology. Finally, how to change the patterns of trade to suit themselves. She takes each body part with its flaws to fit the pattern. An example: the hips. 1- saddlebags: a drawing of one ill-fitting skirt and adjusted earnings with explanations and 5 pictures showing how to change the boss. All on 3 pages. For both asymmetric hips, bulging belly (concerns hips), the prominent buttocks, flat buttocks. Ditto for the chest: flat or not, high or low, etc. All pr adapt a pattern to its morphology and especially for all women. I am so glad I finally found a book that explains and adapts sewing by neophyte I am. There certainly are other but this one is made for me.
