when I used it the first time, it was clear to 99% due to my experience with other ultrasound equipment that it can not be this technology. Especially as to the operating instructions a word of it falls.
So I wrote to the sales Inno Essentials Germany GmbH and received only at twice demands a clear answer:
"... The products offered by us working in the sound range 100 to 133 Hz. You have right, of course, we speak of ultrasound from a frequency of 16kHz.
Thus, the article works in sound and not in the ultrasonic range. We have only limited influence on the commercial formulation of our wholesalers, but they are indicative of a correct name. We apologize for the contrarian answer your question, because our customer service department was a bit too hasty.
With best regards ... "
There are circulating on the Web about this device tens descriptions and titles with the appreciating word "ultrasound".
It suggests to the layman the latest technology for deep cleaning, etc.
Who is responsible for the know only manufacturers, distributors, retailers ...
I find this all a shame because ansonsten- up on small drawbacks, I am so far value technically satisfied with the device. I can imagine that it may be less suitable for sensitive "problem skin" and acne. However, if just a guess. I would personally take up higher-value devices, just with ultrasound technology.
my conclusion after 3 days of use:
Plus:
1. Surface cleaning works for me so far, with normal skin. It is clearly alone smoother through rubbing.
2. additionally pleasant massage effect
Minus:
1. 2 star deduction whatsoever based solely on the above mentioned, large widespread falsehood, by whom.
2. 1 star deduction for the brush, which smell a bit like plastic, and what it unfortunately is no protective caps. And for a nonexistent transport bag for equipment.
