Each manufacturer tries in the production of cider. Unfortunately, that's just soda!
I have this Cider "ordered" because I had ordered another primary product in order to save shipping costs.
Unfortunately, this Cider also from a mixture of apple juice concentrate, sugar, water and carbon dioxide.
I can also drink juice. Cider is fermented apple juice for me followed by maturation in the barrel, so as with wine.
This will, inter alia, only satisfied by my favorite cider "Merry Down Medium Vintage Cider (750ml)" with 7.5% alcohol.
For the production of special wine yeasts are used that give this cider a light champagne touch.
THE PROPER is CIDER!
