There were no weaknesses in my applications

For the illumination test I have a black TIFF file with 2560x1440 generated and displayed in full screen mode with IrfanView. In the field on the bottom left of the screen is brighter. For my applications, this is not relevant. For playback of non-full-resolution material (16: 9) has the background a slight Batic structure. For the eyes of my family this behavior is comfortable than a flat black surface :)

The sRGB representation is very pleasant and is used consistently. Operate the monitor in this mode, with 51% brightness and 63% contrast. The connection to a W7 / 64 I7 computer with Nivida GeForce 9400 GT graphics card, took a few minutes. The included DVI cable fitted.

The class screen cries out for virgin material in 2560 x 1440 or higher. The identical Video, 1 x with 2560x1440 and 1920x1080 with 1 x, I dargstellt via screenshots in a comparative view. The 1440 P video is a class of its own.

The resolution of the screen goes very well with 27 ". A4 documents with the HP LaserJet CP1515 come without much Einstellerei the screen display is very close.

The reaction time, I could not test. Football / F1 HD TV fits naturally via Dreambox.
