The most important features for me so far "wish list" and "DVD recording". Both works, sometimes better sometimes worse.
"Desired songs" unfortunately are not always of the desired quality, many have noise, what has probably possible to do with the music you want. A definition of what songs well, listen what is bad, I have not. As a general rule, Pop & Rock are often incorporated into better quality than electric, dub and trance, at least is that my experience. (Has anyone ever a complete song by Peter Alexander get, or the number 1 hits from 1976, surely only the pub).
Because of the addition to install music services there are always copying legal debates.
"Radio stations" can be on a specific date for the purpose of recording (recording) to reserve. What works reliably when the computer is on, wake up from hibernation, works with Windows XP, Vista & Win7 is but a matter of luck.
For completeness, let me tell you podcast subscription works. Wishlists exchange as possible.
Another tip: A "certain music album" wish, you can, if Artist and Album "input and then, looking for it.
"DVD recording" is not such a beautiful thing as DVD Ripper, but legal. The quality of recorded movies is good. Probably has the hardware, impact on the outcome. The large number of possible video codec and container formats belies that often just a single format "is really" to record a DVD. Up to 720p HD.
Additional options for manual selection of video features are available, but not very meaningful in terms of the finished file. Perhaps a result of the hardware used.
Windows Media Center users beware! Audials One 9 can handle "no .wtv and DVR-MS files".
What works really well is the recording of Internet music and Internet videos, everything is recorded in the quality as it appears in the browser and can be heard over the loudspeaker. However, different browsers bring such functions with already, without a program has to be installed. Secondly, there are many media portals the download button.
Internet videos of Lovefilm.de distinguished Audials with me not reliably. Most recordings are not completed. You also need to get a certain amount of time to the required updates that give the program only really stability. This one should be good to read what is written on the Audials website on "Support".
Conclusion: The full version offers a sophisticated functionality with quality streaky, but affords some gaps with respect to the Windows Media Center compatibility. Also .trp files are not compatible AO9.
Addendum: AO9 unfortunately is not compatible with Windows 8. Whether there will be a LAME Update for Windows 8?
