some reviews that say bad things about this book, me personally I really love because it is simple, beautiful pictures, recipes that I have muffins taste like red fruit with very little sugar hummmm a delight and my daughters 8 10 years have worshiped .... and then it talks about well-being and cites the main life of every single day to do. body / mind / heart is very much like that, this is a book for daily without complicate life ... sometimes we forget to do things like breathe qqs, or open the window or something that we qqs is just plain fun but not always .. ny think and say yeah we should stop criticizing judge etc ... that either there is a ny not think ... controler is made in a book as a reminder that everyone can improve s in the daily I find it cool ... have tons of books, a book about health food, a book to mind a book for sports etc .. too many books to keep .and we already forgotten while the latter speaks a little of everything with ease and quickly found that we seek and I put it in my purse when I travel to remember all that .. So congratulations and thank you to Estelle for this beautiful book is my bedside book and when I read, I began to move things as simple as eating properly, move our bodies, stopped to judge the pleasure of sewing, watching the stars etc .... it's simple thank you
