I recommend this watch. It became my crazy guard, and allows me to better manage my stress during jogging. It was worth every penny if it again, I bought it without hesitation.

I stop using it about 6 to 8 months after purchase. Not that he did not work, but because it quickly becomes completely obsessed with his heart rate, and, personally, I was tired.
When we jogged, it does not do that to stay within a certain range of heart rate ... but for pleasure, escape, the feeling of freedom, exceeding either ...
I had the impression that this item was affecting my feelings. Now I prefer to listen to my body, my breathing, my feelings. This is no longer the object that guides my race but my brain, and that's much more pleasant.
Now I do not regret this purchase, because it allowed me to understand that you really run a gentle pace to not rush his body and lose weight effectively in the process. If you can put this into practice, in my humble opinion, this purchase will be useless.
