There is probably no other CD that has managed for so many weeks in my CD player to linger as the "13" by Blur. After the first hearing at first taken aback, I've played again, and again and again; there is always something new to discover, the album has such an immense sonic density on that I'm sure in 10 years after x-times will listen not to have synth and guitar tracks explored all singing. Blur go ever further in the direction of art. "Tender", the first single from the album seems almost as alien to the context of the very "trippy" track colleagues. Who "Blur" and the direction, set off in the Blur with that album, you'll love "13". I love "13". In particular, "Battle" and "Caramel", which I would recommend to not show, impressively show how independent the sound of Blur has become. (This is an Amazon.com at the university-student review.)
