This software is so much fun!

I never had a guitar in his hand. I got myself a Noname-Les-Paul copy at Thomann for about 150 Ocken the having the best score in this segment. This was without any problems, despite all objections of the notorious worriers and Party brakes ("But you have a guitar but in the store to buy, otherwise that's completely wrong, who knows what you get there!").

Of course, now get back the purists and say: "But you have yet to take guitar lessons with a guitar teacher, otherwise you learn that yes totally wrong!". Ass! I would otherwise never be able to deal with a guitar: I am 45 years old, father of three and professionally well utilized. Small window of time at leisure come unexpectedly and can not be planned, often times in the evening, sometimes Sunday at noon and sometimes 14 days not at all. Guitar lessons at a particular time and regular practice is unthinkable. I would not play with Rocksmith guitar, I would not play at all.

The sound is kind of official: if, like me often playing with headphones, you can hear that very clearly. The amplifier simulations (completely in the original sound of the songs) are perfect. You always play to the original song with the original guitar sound. The amp simulation automatically changes while playing the sound, should that be necessary, the change will be displayed. Through the real amp sound and the real song in the background that sounds even more good if you is a bit wrong. You just want to play myself a bit, you can load each amplifier for sound from the songs.

If you play a song for the first time, it is not very easy going, mostly with single notes on the two thick strings E and A. Missing or incorrect tones appear superfluous sounds unfortunately. If you imagine reasonably be sent to, the notes appear faster sequentially and more strings are added. Finally, convert the single tones incomplete chords, played with the most important components, so that they sound already properly in the core, which are then also more dense. I played first on Windows 7, now I'm gewechelt to the Mac. Thanks to Steam that is very easy, because you can use both versions, just stop always at the same time. The Scores (primarily the reached level of difficulty and percentage level per song) is synchronized via Steam. The software runs on both platforms completely stable and without any lags.

Especially is still the Riff Repeater, where one can turn down the speed practically infinitely. The pitch remains the same. In addition, you can adjust the difficulty level. In addition, you can then also determine indirectly how many difficulty levels has a song ever.

What can you create? I am now not so overly talented and not very musical. I play now since about 200 hours Rocksmith (indicated by Steam). I have in two lighter songs reached almost 100%, with four more than 90%, and about 20 songs over 80%. In almost all new songs I reach straight away on the first play between 20 and 50%. These percentages motivate actually a song to try again and again until we achieved an increase.
