I had three of these devices so far. At first there were a few days already a short while pressing down the toaster lever. The toaster sprayed blue sparks and charred smell. Unfortunately, the joy lasted not for long, because after just one (!) Day of cautious use the new device also showed a defect and that the lever was just not down, so you could not use the toaster. (Meanwhile, I have two broken toaster in the basement are :-) Well, now therefore, the third unit is with me in the kitchen and .... the rotation Regeler for adjusting work not! No matter what setting I also distinguished, the toast is getting toasted to the enjoyment border. Somehow I've just targeted me tired to report the toaster when Bomann be defective. After all, it is already the third defective toaster. Maybe I should build myself from the three toasters a functioning itself together? Oh no, I versuhe again my luck with Bomann. Maybe I get so next time a working toaster, as well as the positive reviewers here on this site! By the way: Two stars there for uncomplicated and super fast customer service Bomann- and not for the device!
