Super engineering services - from the manufacturer's point of view. Actually, we were quite satisfied with the hand blender. The various essays were indeed more or less useful, but at least easy to clean. Annoying, however, that the hand blender (like so much) time shortly after crossing the implied warranty of 24 months gave up the ghost. A pity - then perhaps you would prefer to buy the same expensive again.
