LA WOMAN is the other major piece of Doors discography with their first album. This album, which celebrated its 40th anniversary last year, not this year, amply deserved anniversary reissue. However, it is clear that the CD and the DVD / Blu ray out at the same time form a whole. When you have one without the other, unfortunately, still a little hungry. In fact, the CD includes, in all and for all, two CDs and a (mini) 10 page booklet to break everything with no transcendent info. We were entitled to expect, anniversary edition requires a detailed booklet with explanations in particular on the discovery and the first edition of alternative versions and unreleased track from the 2nd CD ... shit! Music, she is amazing but nothing new compared to the previous edition that at least it was in a beautiful box with a jewel case booklet therefore full of exciting ideas and information about the recording of the album. In the end, only the second CD worth it for all those who purchased the previous edition. For others, even when the previous edition was proposing two additional bonus tracks not present here. Ah business when you hold us! Therefore a great disappointment to the CD level. I procure Blu ray shortly but it smells very bad. Five stars anyway because for all those who discover this music for the first time, this is actually a great album!
