Have the notebook now since 4 weeks and am completely satisfied. As always, Amazon has delivered super fast! I had in front of a HP Mobile Workstation, primarily for CAD. Other (higher) price range, but had come a bit old. So replacement was needed. The claim was therefore high, and I never thought that I ended up with Sony. But after intensive Internet search really only the F22 remained. The top priority is the display with me. That should have full HD resolution and be absolutely dull. And from the Sony display I'm thrilled. Great colors, uniform illumination and super light, if necessary. 2. criterion is the Tastaur. And here also prevails satisfaction. Crisp pressure point, are by no. As with a good professional notebook. The remaining equipment is anyway beyond doubt, Sandy Bridge I7, PC3-10700 memory. Faster does not get any. The graphics card is perfect for meien CAD applications. I notice no difference to the much more expensive Nvidia Quadro cards. Very good is that these cards with the drivers from Nvidia can be operated side. So no need to wait for updates from Sony. What has also paid the same. After the graphics card update the Windows Experience Index (GraKa and Aero) is from 6.6 to 6.7. After all ... I've only been upgraded the memory of 6 to 8 GB. (A 2GB bar and out for 30 4GB bolt in) Again, the performance index of 7.4 to 7.6. gone off. The integrated hard drive is also one of the fast variety. This is very pleasant because the panels are the real bottleneck in modern systems. With the rest I am also very pleased. The background noise is pleasant, the notebook is not very hot. There are no thermal problems. The fan does not start unnecessary. The Sony software is not so bad, the Keyboard Shortcuts and Function keys are quite useful. After Photoshop Elemets, Premiere Elemets and Win DVD are vorinstaliert. (Full Versions) Criticisms there also, clearly. But nothing really bad. They would:
1.Im battery always läüft processor with 800MHz. Have not found anything where you could change that. After all, the battery lasts so good 3.5h. 2.The touchpad has occasionally some delay (but the good "Apple" Zoom function). 3.A fourth USB port would be nice. 4.Ebenso a place for a second HDD used for (System) SSD. (In a nearly 17-inch model that should already go) 5.On the matt surfaces we see every "fat finger" immediately, but would be for glossy surfaces even so, if not worse. 6. How always pretty much garbage is vorinstaliert and without bundled Win7 disk.
Maybe the stuff is for the next generation F that from now defifitiv stands with me far ahead ...
