I am very satisfied with the Neiger, although he might be a little easier but maybe he would not be so stable.
I use it for my EF 400mm f 2.8L IS and am very happy with it, one can perfectly ausbalanzieren so that you look at it easily can turn in all directions / tilt.

Important !! The one is not !! holds the top product image that is comically depicted on the side so Manfrotto.

Why customers reviewing Neiger only 3 stars if they obviously ordered the wrong product to me not obvious, the Neiger has definitely deserves full marks.
It may be that there is still more stable or better are but the costs then the 3x.
