It replaces a black coaxial cable that came with my HDD recorder to connect it to the TV. I replaced all my antenna cables by HQ cables with ferrites. The reception quality of the multiplex I received the least (lower power transmitter) has been enhanced with these cables. Before the image is not standing on the multiplex. Now these channels are watchable and without touching the antenna adjustment.
