Actually, there are these sugars also known as coconut blossom sugar, coconut sugar or palm sugar. Everything is made from the sap of various palm species, including nipa palm, sugar palm, date palm and coconut palm. This one called jaggery way is to malty and less sweet. probably the juice was too hot reduced. I'm now back coconut blossom sugar (brighter, so malty less) use or agave nectar.
