Without drivers, the product works like a native USB 2.0 hub. Tested on Ubuntu 14.04, Windows, Android 4.4.2 (Galaxy S4 with an adapter). Speed: 35MB / s.
This is obviously with the drivers it takes off. LAN operates at max speed part of my fiber (about 50Mb / s or 400mb / s) and USB 3.0 is not part remains (120MB / s read and 100MB / s write with a key SANDISK Extreme well safe).
