Just in time for New Year's Eve was my old coffee broken, so I bought at 03:01:11 this white thermal coffee from Clatronic and was super happy first. The coffee ran through quickly and the thermal container keeps the coffee relatively long warm (at half filling at least 4-5 hours, then one would have to warm up or throw away). Yesterday morning (11 days after start-up!), The switch could not be more Around, so the machine would remain permanently switched on. He was downright firm, could not be set to 0 downwards. Direct this morning I made my way to the dealer and exchanged them for a new model. I opted for the same, because they convinced both price and functionality (except for the switch). I was initially sure they were a single mistake. Now I wanted to just make coffee, refilled the machine according to the instructions, put clean the plug and let the coffee brew ... and suddenly pops out at me assurance, there is a short circuit and whoosh - anywhere power outage !!! I pulled the plug and was amazed, because this is completely over - a metal nose has torn completely !!! I tested other products but they worked. So it was not because of the socket - this works perfectly! But this Monday and until then I have to brew again by hand and maddens me - Not today I'll go again in the city! This machine is unfortunately not recommended!
