Had in addition to the new printer the same ordered me a replacement toner. The toner contained in the device, however, kept a surprisingly long time, so that the new toner was used only a few months later (I have a copy Speech therapy and a lot of worksheets for the patient, etc.). This new toner was already empty after a few days! Contact with the company came about via email. However, one was not able to tell me where I should send in the cassette for replacement. This information I got then Amazon. The tape went back and therefore the contact was terminated. I never heard back from the company. Since then I buy my toner (2-3 year) only locally in the business.
