Very well known and more environmentally friendly than non-stick, I wanted to try.
The feedback is negative. It seems that it is politically incorrect, yet, here are the facts.
NB: I love to cook, I'm not a beginner and I'm used equipment.
- Even after a serious seasoning and maintained, food attaches if we do not generously oil the bottom; fish fillets are torn to pieces.
- It reeks of smoke and cooking, delicate foods have burned old aftertaste.
- Despite careful wiping, it blackens the food; Onions do not thank me.
Not serious, but namely: stove plate, so the bottom bombera anyway. perfect on gas and electricity, but on or induction hob, fried eggs and liquid will not stay centered.
There. It bothers me to say because in general, I like the tradition, but I prefer a good non-stick pan. More simplicity, less fat and less damage.
