So many recipes, it was perhaps not very well played. Less revenue, plus worked with more pictures (whatever may be said, in a visual cookbook plays much for appéter! As revenues are complex, they talk to me or do not always inspire me) it would have been nicer.
Quantities are often enormous, unwieldy (the amount of ingredients rarely correspond to the quantities sold and are fairly random) were in for dozens of burgers every time ... Yes, but if we are all one, two or four to the limit ...?
I cook almost exclusively vegetarian, vegan, and very often, very diverse, I shop in organic shops and buys a bunch of ingredients "weird" and unknown, and yet I find that there are many ingredients difficult to find and reuse in these recipes ...
The ingredients are for the "base" often the same (tempeh, tofu, seitan) but it's too much protein, too much amounts, always the same ingredients, difficult to differentiate revenue without image ...
From what little I made recipes, it was not very good. The rustic buns have much disappointed me, who loves making houses breads. The few burgers have not convinced me.
I sold this book and I really do not advise. I hope to find another book addressing vegetarians vegans burgers because I love them and I like to find still more ideas.
Little more to clarify, however: although it is not indicated, the recipes are all vegan :)
