The Fiskars knife is really great for the extremely low price. After several weeks to notice no loss of sharpness. Cleaning is very easy to just under warm water immediately after use rinse, ready. Is also so well in the hand, with the front part of the blade in weighing or hack movements suspicious "creaks". But I would rather take my twin knife that has a blade minmal rounded and can be operated more easily there. But also has the triple cost. For the price the Fiskars is highly recommended.
