Wonderful songs that are so wonderful word smart mainly in English but were translated into German very awful sometimes.
Especially bad are the word structure in the "Happy Working Song" to German "Dashing cleanup song".
And very very very bad I find the German voice of Giselle.
Amy Adams, who sings the original English version of itself, has a really great fresh natural voice. As a real Disney princess just. By contrast, the German voice sounds so old-fashioned and operatic and gekünzelt, which comes it abundantly unnatural and exaggerated. I think it's really terrible to listen.
Solely "So close" is in German wirkich much more emotional and better than the English. And thank goodness, one can buy most of the songs as MP3 individually.
Better so: rather buy the original English version!
