The Musical Arthur resembles Dracula in many respects: It includes some well-known melodies, alternates between slow and melancholic and racy rock pieces with dark guitar melodies, and it contains some great duets and choral parts. Even folklore not lacking: Some pieces, such as the entry-level piece The field of honor will be accompanied according to the theme with a flute melody. Thomas Borchert can, here in the role of Merlin, to convince again, but Mark Seibert and Sabrina Weckerlin (Tip: Sins of the Fathers) bring the sound system to resonate.
The singers do not sing operatic vibrant, but keep the often long tones with her powerful voice at a level which I like anyway much better than excessive Opera Gezwitschere.
