I was looking for a navigation device with little extras like mp3, pictures or the like. TomTom applies (or was?) Yes as a pioneer in this field and is celebrated almost euphorically by the trade press. Accordingly great was my anticipation.

The disillusionment came but just unpack and connect the docking station to the power supply. It is not possible to plug in the cable correctly! The same also applies to the USB connection. Absolutely useless approve hardware.

When connecting to the computer I have after previous backup of the data on a proposal from TomTom Home equally installed the latest update, and then went nothing more. 30min rödelte the hard disk of TomTom and showed FORMATTING on. At no point in the meager documentation (manual and Internet), there were indications of whether this is normal. Did the part then easily separated and that was that.

Hab (2 with Win XP, Win2000 1) installed on 3 computers TomTom Home and nowhere the GO 910 has been correctly identified.

Had then but no longer wanted to give me the night to beat as expensive paying beta testers around the ears and have all the stuff sent back. Bin bitterly disappointed with this product. I just wonder whether the men developers have ever connected their own product to an AC power ...
