I have this pad granted primarily for relaxation of the shoulder and back sections and the first tests were very pleasant. What I find interesting is the variable intensity, which can be adjusted very easily (slight vibration) to very high (shrug). The GelPad makes a good impression and can change.
no bad buy, for the price and the purpose for relaxation :) for the training I would not recommend it because the contracting area quite small. If you rather the stomach and chest has some fat, you can enable additional muscles by gently pressing on the pad.
