POSITIVE:
- To say it first: the price-performance ratio second to none! For this price you get these features in almost any other manufacturer. Something was missing from the competition devices ever: the built-in speakers, no SDHC card expansion capability, only 1 or undersized no USB port, built-in RAM or the display was poor. Or one has to engage much deeper into their pockets if you want comparable performance as the Odys Noon.
- You can see it in the sales figures: currently sold out everywhere or only from early / mid December again available.
Therefore, I have ordered through Amazon Warehouse deal.
By the way: I can absolutely recommend the Warehouse Deal Amazon: fast delivery and the information (Used - Like New ") are correct: the device is as good as new, in original box with protective film on the display, all the accessories here, only the original box has two small tears ,
- The display is really very good in terms of brightness, color and sharpness. It is the same size and resolution as the iPad 2 and I must say I do me hard to see a difference here. VLT graphics chip on the iPad just a tad bit better.
- The new Android "Jelly Bean" inspired by his clear and user-friendly functionality. The speed is more than satisfactory. Equipment and expansion options are also plentiful.
NEGATIVE:
- I am disappointed, however, by the battery. What stands in the article description (6-7 hours) or which have written some customers here (5 to 6 hours) I can not even confirm the approach. I have the battery fully charged overnight and yesterday evening 40 minutes and this morning about 20 minutes videos on the net (youtube) Viewed (WLAN, display brightness to Automatic adjustment). The battery is now already at 56% !!! That can not be! Such a discrepancy between the information here on Amazon and my own experience I can explain only by a defective battery.
I will send the unit back and therefore again give a new device the chance, because until this point is on the part really everything great. Overall, that would be exactly the tablet, after I have long been looking for. But for at least 4 hours or more should the battery managed to hold without recharging it. That would be by today's standards (up to 8-10 hours at other manufacturers) anyway little. Therefore only 4 stars (without this shortcoming could I forgive most like 6 stars).
