The requirements were: wire, ball bearings and for my size sufficiently long.
This cable meets all these requirements, the "quick release" for the length adjustment work great and I have to say that I use the rope is not pulled out completely, so even for those over 2m enough already exists.
If the length is adjusted once you can replace the hand screws through the holes provided screws and tighten with the also supplied Allen.
The cable itself is pleasantly thin, draws well and makes a decent sound (for my timing is very important).
Ball bearings, handles are robust and processed in combination very pleasantly smooth.
The delivery is also still a small storage transport bag included I personally find very pleasant, because the rope so you can not jump into the gym bag.
