As cable Germany customer has not really many alternatives. Humax years sends the cable version of iCord yes on hold and the Dreambox is simply too expensive! So I ordered the Vantage. Having spent 2 Read Reviews weeks, I was very familiar with the strengths of our weaknesses the HD Receiver. Have confirmed with me but almost only the strengths. It all went very well and I have no Aussetzter in HD channels. Through various forums on the net to get on all kinds of plugins and tools, but also the services of Vantage is excellent. The included fan apparently had a bearing damage and was quite noisy. A quick phone call (without annoying queue !!!) and I got free delivered an exchange. I have run an internal 500GB disk and an external 320 GB disk. All Images are smooth and clean. My résumé 'after 2 weeks: There is no alternative for this price. And by the way cable Germany now sent the D2 cards even without a murmur. (You need for the Alpha Light CI)
But ATTENTION !!!! The device does not support the CI + standard. So if the cable operator the private HD programs exclusively fed with CI +, bleibts dark! This concerns only the private stations HD. The rest works as usual.
