Desiring to connect live 4 optical digital equipment in my 7.1, and as the assembly "2 switches 3 in battery manuals ports" does not work, I was looking for a solution to avoid plugging / unplugging equipment 3rd and 4th turns as necessary, because the connection would eventually resent.
