Totally inadequate shipping container - so defective items

I have read in an earlier review: the delivery takes place in a plain envelope without padding or protection against pressure instead. Daduchus the overhead sliding switch is pressed in the Geäuse and is defective.
Anyone who thinks of it - from the older reviews would get for sending Competent something use a sturdy box or something Bubble Wrap: None!
Furthermore: Insufficient packaging, switch defective adapter scrap.
Too Bad.
