To all who have the same problem so that the DVD tray itself automatically opens and closes.

The error is the touch surface on the front of the display.

Samsung HT-E 5550th

So to complete the same time everything lid down, pull large flat cable to the display and front panel carefully ausklipse (from the bottom to start).
Is located on the front plate above a small tab on the small ribbon cable connector that must fold her so that you can pull out the cable.
Reassemble and finish, though you can no longer use the touchpad but it comes before everything with the remote control.
