The idea Mancini two albums to play on a CD is just awesome, if any two of his greatest albums such as "Breakfast at Tiffany's" (1961) and "Arabesque" (1966) are united. No soundtrack album brought much evergreens like "Tiffany's" out. Starting with the Oscar-winning theme song "Moon River" each of the pieces in the score is a highlight. Too bad that the producers have never decided to play Audrey Hepburn's vocal version on the album. "Arabesque" shines with melodies that are reminiscent of the Orient. "We've Loved Before" has, even if it is only known to a few people, what it takes to Evergreen!
