Two-time cable break

With this device, I had just a few months and in almost daily use, this must bear it, a cable break at the introduction of the cable into the device. The same defect occurred while warranty-replacement device, which I then had to wait six weeks to nearly the same amount of time again. I can advise only as long as Sennheiser these systemic deficiencies are not remedied. For what good is the good sound quality, if only the right or the left channel is operational.
