Graphics:
-------
Uh ... Well, since I hate those Windwaker Cell Shade graphics. That was for me at the time (to GameCube times) the reason why I had not finished playing Windwaker (not otherwise my way).
The graphics can easily be no compromise on either you love them or you hate them. I tend clearly to the latter.
The overworld acts designed unloving. Freedom as in OOC or TP in vain. One tingelt just with his locomotive on rails and pre-ambles times through smaller places. End.
The animations are designed liquid because you can not complain.
Dungeons:
---------
The dungeon design is ok. There are mostly simple, some tricky puzzles. Opponents are beautifully and imaginatively designed and different. With most you need tactics to them to come in.
Music:
------
Again, I can not complain. Good old Zelda music from the same composer. Good as always.
Story:
------
Ok, here it is possible also to argue again. I found this whole train and rail thing just ridiculous. For me, that could not be connected to a Zelda. When I think of Zelda, because I come things like Triforce or Master Sword to mind. But certainly not a train!
Even Zelda in ghosts look annoying huge! It is almost on a par with Navi. For me, Zelda has always been the unapproachable princess majestic transfers a security of their empire. And not as a constantly bleating brat!
The supporting characters are flat and without background. How I miss it a Malon or Impa! Those were the characters (mind you only supporting characters!) With soul!
Game mechanics:
--------------
For me, quite new: The Ins micro-blowing. At first I thought it was very innovative, then funny, but at some point it has only annoyed ... Especially if you then, for example, sits in a dungeon in Lore and must blow at a certain time. And then all over again, because you obviously missed the exact moment ...
The struggles of the locomotive from acting partly unfair and poorly programmed. The idea itself is not bad, but it falls short here in the implementation.
Otherwise running Link as usual around with shield, sword, boomerang and the like.
Annoyed me yet this panpipe of Something. Then play by blowing I felt as an imposition!
All in all, certainly not a bad game, but this long-term bondage effect wanted with me just do not adjust ...
