One dirket anticipate here the CD 2009 will be discussed and not DoLP from 1983, which at that time more of a "Best Of" of UFO was and had to offer only 5 live songs (4 LP-side).
In contrast, the present CD includes 11 songs, of which 10 pieces of the studio albums between 1980 and 1983. These encounters with `Electric phase` another song of the '77 album" Lights Out "to do so. The band creates a great joy to the day and the versions of eg `We belong to the Night` and` Let it come rain` something punchier from the speakers as the studio versions. Phil Moog is in great shape. The `neue` guitarist Paul Chapman is of course not Michael Schenker, but his game is very` teamorientiert`, only `Mystery train` he shows his qualities, otherwise it holds back rather posh. I like his game certainly very good. I particularly liked nor `Blinded by a lie`,` No place to run` and the long `Mystery train` alongside the tracks already mentioned above.
"Headstone" is in my ears a sinvolle complement to "Strangers In The Night", which will certainly always remain the reference live album of UFO. "Headstone" but covers very well done from the time of "No Place To Run" (1980) to "Making Contact" (1983). I can turn around and turn as I want, but 5 Star is not even here.
