If I order an electronic device in Germany, I'm assuming that a power supply is provided that fits into the usual outlets in this country. When I unpacked the device, I had very surprised find that the included AC adapter has a BS 1363 plug which for example is used in England. Because it on the other side of the cable has a standard 12V circular connector, I could replace it thankfully by a power supply from an old Fritz box. With the new power supply, the amplifier then finally worked without any problems, which I want to pay tribute to two stars, despite the power supply anger.
