I was looking for a cheap bandage for purely prophylactic use at the ankle. I have often suffered in his youth playing football at the ankles sprains and eventually started, always to wear bandages to protect - since I had no such violations more. So far I had always Reformhaus bandages (eg MalleoTrain). These are but become brittle badly in recent years and so I wanted to look for a cheaper alternative ...
I wear shoe size 40 and have relatively narrow feet.
To The Product:
- Packaging specified differently here at Amazon
- Product description on the packaging in very bad German (grammar, uppercase and lowercase letters, etc.)
---------------------------------------------
+++-Quality fabric with good elasticity
+++ Fringed seams for durability
+++ At size 40 good seat - adequately firm
---------------------------------------------
--- The bandages do not contain support elements, they are nearly as thin as simple socks
--- The paired bandages differ significantly in the section of the heel recess (a smaller than others)
--- The smaller heel recess is clearly too small - the heel fits poorly through
--- The fringed seams are too thick and press while walking both front and back under the heel
--- The comfort when walking and wearing shoes is low - pressing, rubbing, scrubbing
--- Some seams are sewn unclean
---------------------------------------------
Unfortunately, not a good alternative. I noticed after a few steps, the press quite strong seams. I wanted the best bandages off again. With shoes the problem reinforced. In addition, a heel recess was so small that the surrounding him sat seam directly under the heel - impossible it to run longer distances.
I'll send back the bandages and strongly advise against purchasing. Even those who, like me, no acute injury has so unfortunately can not do much.
