First this version (Sport therefore) is larger than the Sansa Clip +, it also appears to be much more fragile (the materials used, such as plastic, are really low quality). It comes with in-ear headphones with the sound quality is deplorable but the cable is "flat", which is a positive for sporting use. So do not expect to have a good sound quality with these earphones (it was predictable-it said).
Regarding the interface, it is really bad, the screen is bigger than the Sansa Clip + and yet I feel like the much less information screen
I absolutely do not recommend this MP3, I do not also understand why of this release entitled "Sport".
However I recommend the Sansa Clip +, I will also refer the Sport version redeem Clip + release. (Using the Sansa Clip + you can install an alternative firmware which is named "Rockbox" and that adds a lot of functionality to the Sansa Clip +)
In short, go your way, this MP3 is the name of sport.
