The requirement was that each director is allocated one letter and this imagines a Begiff that begins with that letter. Then a horror short film to be shot, in which the story revolves around this concept.
So far, so exciting.
Unfortunately, this often wacky Kunstfilmchen came around, having to do with horror only marginally. Then came the Rated still cut us some of the best episodes (especially "XXL" by Xavier Gens) easy out.
But convince uncut only a few episodes. The hype surrounding the film was huge. The disappointment, however, was much larger. The show values keep most sorely limited. All the more incomprehensible the FSK releases ...
Uncut the film has a SPIO / JK (criminally harmless) release. Ridiculous! A normal FSK 18 for Uncut and a 16er release for the department store version could easily have passed.
Thank God there's still a video library, and I do not have my thing bought as Mediabook for good money. Man, I would have annoyed me!
But as a smart shelf corpse like the Mediabook sure are good. I do not really think of a reason to look at the thing again ...
