PSE 13 is, particularly after updating to "13.1" is a construction site that is assuming Adobe's Product Policy, probably shut down because it is 14 probably late filing an update to PSE (this should, contrary to my expectation / done experience yet I adjust my assessment if necessary on). Images can in large, single view or in one direction only "scrolled" (sorry, bad denglish) are. The import from the monitored folder, or "restitution" from an external editor strikes quite often, not reproducible, fail; not always, but it is much too often. The user interface is not scalable, but takes over the setting of the system. This means that the symbols are huge, if you for example on a large monitor system-wide view is 125%, as the icons on the desktop are tiny else. In contrast, a more condensed view of PSE would be desirable. Overall, you can clearly feel the leadership of Adobe Group; pretty rushed a "new" version, together, packed some non appreciable features top, 1 update to make worse the obvious bugs and then just wait for 11 months, until the next version will be launched according to the old pattern. Adaptation to 64-bit and Windows has improved the workflow considerably, but is not a feature, but ad 2015 granted. Who does not need the latter, is in my opinion better off with the previous version.
