The unit I bought a year ago and the problems increased steadily. As a rule, the property via the WLAN to scan or loses the data over the wireless network to transfer to the PC. A replacement was made within days available and even included the virgin cartridges from the old unit. This could have saved the art service, because the "unfinished cartridges" refused and so the complete set of new cartridges (measured on equipment price extremely expensive) due again the new device. The WLAN scanning ran some time, but after the last Windows update (Win7, 64 bit) was again Feierabend! With my well-connected laptop (Win7 / 32bit) scanning was continued. Conclusion: Canon has problems with the 64 bit version! I have loaded all the available software updates without success from the Canon website! Of these problems one learns nothing in the product description. On the Internet there is however plenty of comments. Apparently, Canon is not interested in the 64 bit version of the OS. Incidentally, the simulation in Windows is useless. Despite compatibility mode on 32-bit versions of Windows, the scan is not working. All in all, for me an inadequate instrument. Even when printing mainly works in the tub or copying without limitations runs, I would recommend this "all-rounder" for users of 64-bit system is not recommended. Because of insufficient customer information before purchase only one star! From other Canon devices I see from the future!
